Residential Concrete Projects Are Our Everyday!
It is very uncommon that you will find Denver Concrete Inc crew at a commercial concrete project. It's simply not a good fit for our small company.
Our focus has been residential concrete and it just always has been. Most of Wheat Ridge is residential property and so it is just the kind of projects that our crew excels at!
Below are some of the projects that our crew has completed most recently (within the last year or so).
Wheat Ridge Multi-Family Walk and Steps
Our crew specializes in residential flatwork projects. Below are some walkways and steps that we completed for a small apartment building in Wheat Ridge, Co.
Here in this image, the steps from the city sidewalk to the front entrance of the apartment complex can be seen. These steps have been prepared with a new compacted base, reinforced with number 3 reinforcement bar. The concrete pour is 4,000 psi air entrained concrete. Denver Concrete Inc uses air entrained concrete as it assists during the "freeze thaw" cycles that are common to Wheat Ridge.Click on any of the photos for a larger version of that photo.
Above, the walkway seen in the photo is perpendicular to the front steps seen in the first image of this project above. This crew was a "tear out and replacement" project. Our crew took out old flagstone walks and replaced all the walks with concrete. Making it safer and easier to maintain.
